The value for money at the hotel was great, with a spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, and extra seating and storage. The location was convenient, close to Queen's University and just a short walk or bus ride to the city center. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help us during a medical emergency.
The breakfast option could be improved with better service, more food selection, and ensuring that the utensils provided are clean.

The hotel was in the perfect spot for exploring the city and surrounding area, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were clean and modern, with plenty of storage and a great bathroom. I also really appreciated the security on the door in the evening - it made me feel safe and secure.
Although the shower wasn't super powerful, it got the job done. I would have loved a bigger stash of tea and coffee, and the towels were on the small side.
